Back Office 2 - Logomakr_1viMG4

Business Process Outsourcing is often divided into two categories – Back Office Outsourcing and Front Office Outsourcing.

Back office outsourcing refers to internal business functions including Information Technology, Human Resources, Administration and Finance and Accounting.

These are integral part of a company’s business process which helps the business to run smoothly.

Tasks associated with Back Office Outsourcing include IT and network administration, data entry, data management, research, payment processing, quality assurance and accounts processing and management.

In contrast, Front Office Outsourcing generally refers to those business functions that are customer related.

These include sales, marketing, customer inquiries and technical support. Tasks include telephone marketing, help desks, customer support and market research.

What are the benefits of Back Office Outsourcing?

Outsourcing your back office will enable you to access our high quality and experienced team and achieve savings of up to fifty per cent.

It will allow you to focus on your core business including growing your customers rather than on high-volume, process-oriented tasks that we can perform equally, if not more efficiently.

It will also give you the flexibility to grow your team or reduce it in size without the associated costs.

How much will it cost to Outsource my Back Office?

The cost will depend on the type of outsourced service that we deliver.

Project Consulting (Australia and US)

Where we deliver the services in Australia or the US such as management consulting, project management, economics research, international arbitration and mediation and funding origination, our rates are based on the prevailing rates in these countries.

Our consulting team are all highly qualified and experienced and currently practising in their respective fields.

Project Consulting (Australia/US + Philippines)

Where we deliver the services both in Australia and the Philippines such as the case for our turn key projects, the rate is based on the prevailing Australian rate and the Philippine rate.

For example, a turn key project will comprise an Australian project manager and staff from the Philippines.

The total rate is then calculated based on the prevailing rate in Australia for project managers and the prevailing rate in the Philippines for the staff from the Philippines.

Cost Per Staff (Philippines)

Cost per staff will depend on the type of service to be delivered and their skills and qualifications. This can be charged either on a monthly rate or hourly rate.

The monthly rate typically starts at around $800 per month and above. Hourly rates starts from $6 – $8 per hour and above.

For example, the rate for a staff providing administration support will be at the lower end. On the other hand, a full stack web developer or CPA qualified accountant will be at a higher rate.
